Hello FMN, I am in third year in the college of business. Getting into a doctoral program will make sense if you are thinking of a career in teaching/research, else 10 year commitment may have lots of oppurtunity costs in terms of your career advancement in practical world. I say 10 year for a career in teaching/research because it takes 4-5 yrs to get a degree and another 4-5 yrs more for tenure in university.
