If that dosen't work out then go to system processes and kill istsvc.exe. Then go to the registry: Start->Run and type in regedit Make sure you back up your registry before doing anything. Then go to : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->WINDOWS->CURRENT VERSION->RUN and delete teh entry "istsvc.exe" I would however recommend you to run Spybot first before going through this process.
