I fully advocate TPS for Nepalese but I am afraid that the tactics used by Adhikaar may not work as it is simply not true.

If I hire a lawyer to represent me to save me from a criminal trial, it would be in my best interest if the lawyer did not make up false statements that are outright wrong to prove me innocent. The court will never be convinced with statements like that.

In the same way Adhikaar is representing thousands of Nepalese and if they make false statements like that, the chances of getting TPS extended or getting legal green card will be reduced because of Adhikaar's wrong move. There are millions of people living in Nepal right now and thousands of people travelling everyday back and forth to Nepal. So it seems just plain false to say that Nepal is not safe to return.
