All we are cmenting on MCC, but none has detail knowledge including me , so I am little curious about to know that how long the project will last in nepal? is US arm force will be in nepal under MCC ? Is MCC project will be above the constitution of nepal ? It sounds like something is behind this rumer that MCC will take over nepal.
I think ( just thinking of possiblities, nothing ealse ) the project is not for 100 , 50 or even 25 years and once the project is over all the people connected to that have to leave, No where is mentioned that MCC will be above the all laws of nepal except its construction of roads , transmission lines,contracts and accountig/audeting etc.
So it could be just for proper utilization of money and to prevent the possible missuse by currupt nepali political leaders as happend to past foreign aids. If all the project mention under MCC compleets with out missuse of single rupise, think about the future picture of Nepal. And even it is far better to be with us than always humilating by Indians,
