buffalo slaughter house

Has anyone here thought of opening a Buffalo steak house which has their own buffalo slaughter house. In nepal we can serve beef steak.....so i was thinking what about we start now buffalo palan.......lets start with 6 thousand buffalos////////3 thousand corn feed and 3 thousand "dale grass feed". All the buffalo will be messaged 1 hour everyday so the meat will be tender and testy. We then can setup a Buffalo steak house......which will only serve buffalo steak' s and pie Menu will have choice of meat Corn feed tenderloin, sriloin, rib eye grass feed tenderloin, sirloin, rib eye all the meat will be marinated in rice wine for 24 hrs before cooked. If the progamme works then we can start vaccum packaging system..and supply the meat nation wide. It is prime quality bouf........... what is your views guys?
