Political statements are allowed under freedom of speech. Generally one political supporter bad mouths politicians of another party and as long as individual users are not targeted in a continuous basis, there is not much issue there. While, using a name that demeans, intimidates or harasses an individual becomes a continuous breach of the rule as long as the username is in use.
