you dont need EAD to travel , Advance Parole is like a visa. For airport your Nepalese passport will work no need Driver license but I recommend renewing DL when you have chance. Long online queue for DL renewal.
if I were you, I would do this.
1: Schedule for DL renewal ASAP
2. Send AP applications on or after Dec 31
Traveling on AP is easy, no need to scare, I have seen people travel three times with TPS AP.
