Hi Just walking along the ring road this morning near gongabu area saw that the cops of APF were putting a new fence around their camp. must be a fallout of sankhu episode... Looks very soon kath is going to be rolpa...what is needed for nepal is structural change, not improved fences... will this new fence save 250 year old regime??? future will tell....
