@sajha keto: My apology if I inferred your position as such. All I’m saying is all of us have the right to have our political beliefs. I’m sure everyone here agrees with me that we have more rights here in US than we have in Nepal. Attacking one’s background to prove a point is not very logical. I’m sorry to hear that you had to face racism in this country. I agree racism is disgusting whether it be in Nepal or US or any parts of the world. There are many forms of racism. You would have to elaborate which one you have faced. I believe we can achieve anything in US if we have the right skills, hard work and right mindset.I don’t think racism is stopping any immigrants from achieving higher goals. Off course there are racist people in any part of world not just in US but doesn’t mean the whole country is racist. I don’t consider some white folks telling me to go back to my country in parking lot altercations as racist. It is his/her way of expressing his/her anger. I don’t consider American people not understanding my accent as racist because even for us it is hard to understand some non native English speaker from other countries.
