From my personal observation those who got their gc from desi consultancy with the help of indians or from Nepali consultancies who followed desi business model ,do not favor the president elect Mr Biden. The reason is they dont want Indians to get gc ,it is bad for their chances to get projects. They want Indians to suffer on the queue for 500 years of possibke while they get their's within 2. They also want dv lottery to stop because if everyone got the gc their worth will be somehow less in the Nepali community.
