chimabu thamelean, i m talking the same , every driver license is a non driver ID when your visa expires but the validity of your drivers license is still on .

what that means is you can use it as a proof of ID but not as proof of license . since you have overstayed your visa and TPS is now officially gone , you are out of status . so you can drive your vehicle as much as u want and until you are caught . after that you will be deported .
