I do remember one of my friend's story which may be relevant. He never bought a head of cauliflower more than 99 cents for last 3-4 years one day it was $1.99 which was 101.00% higher. Look at the math, he saw it 101 % higher than usual shopping and did not buy it. His wife did not knew how much he was paying in past and even she did it's just a fucking $1.99 dollar. YES, people see things on their own perspective.
