Property in Nepal have skyrocketed in the last decade. If you bought a house in USA a decade ago, you're likely just Break Even ! so that's a huge difference. Invest wisely. Real Estate in US is not that attractive from what i've seen. If you buy during the crash then you'll likely profit some but otherwise break even.
