How many of you have meditation practice routine?

I did not get into mediation and yoga until I returned to Nepal in 2007. Meditation has a really good effect on memory and concentration so I meditate for at least an hour each day. By meditating for an hour, I gain 2 hours because I need only 6 hours of sleep at the most. How many of you meditate? I use relaxation music or other bhajans to keep the vibration high. I just made 30-minute meditation music for YouTube if you would like to listen and subscribe. If you like to learn to start meditation, you can start with 5 minutes session and then increase.
