If you can justify the reduced sentence of that murderer because they claim the wife was at fault for saying whatever she did - that's like taking side of the rapist saying the girl was asking for it by wearing revealing clothes.

I can smell nepotism and corruption in this decision. Murder is murder, murderer should be punished for murder. If people have disagreements they separate or get a divorce but a murder is not justifiable.
