If you go to the ANA web site, click on News. You can read several issues of ANA Newsletter - most recent being Summer 2004. At the bottom of the newsletter, you can find a membership application form. You can fill out the form and send the money. I'm sure they will be more than happy to take your money and grant you a membership. You don't have to know, or you don't need to be known, by anyone to be a member. A little research on your part before shooting blindly would suit you better. Happy holidays.
