there is not one particular faction of nepali society that is to blame for the current situation... everyone has contributed to the deterioration of the country's morale... the problem with people is that they keep dispersing the blame on others, and try to maintain a sense of superiority... their dispicable hypocricy is flagrantly apparent... everyone, especially the prominent factions, bahuns/chetris/newars/etc are responsible for the country's distruction or well being, and should promote unity instead of the disgusting ethnic intolerance... or we will have situations like in india with infighting among our own people... it is very dissapointing to encounter views like pushkar_whatever's... hope not many of us feel that way, and continue to fight against proliferation of such ideas...
