Turbine bro, I didn't know too that Nepal had dual citizen until my last visit. I went there with my US passport, so I had to go through non-Nepali process. During this time, Griha Mantralaya (Home Minstry) officials told me that I can still renew my all Nepali documents (passport, citizenship, license, and etc) as a Nepali. They said that I have to officially regien my Nepali citizenship. Until then I am equally Nepali as any other Nepalese. They said they haven't constitutionally passed it as dual citizen law. The only thing is that I cannot use my Nepali passport to get in and out of US. I can use my Nepali passport to any other countries.
