The name indicates his standard "hulaki" post man. I can think of his good image if he was postman like celvin costaner or some well organised hulaki..Not to forget that most unorganised hulaki in world is in nepal. Look at other nation and their post office and organisation gettting bigger and bigger day by day. Our hulaki is getting worst and worst. I think he is a real hulaki working in sundhara who job is to stamp the letter whole day Annuhar herdai paaka tapare bahun jasto cha ( no caste discrimation but just sarcasim)
