AX, Hareyyyyyyyyyyy...I am not sure what relevance you might have been attempting to portray by bringing up the race issue here. However, the truth remains that blacks outnumber the whites BY FAR in terms of getting convicted of capital crimes AND having those sentences carried out to them. Furthermore, some very reliable and serious research have also suggested that the afforementioned fact may not be entirely because of the fact that the minorities are more likely to be criminals -- studies have proved that in many cases prejudice based on race was a factor in determining the capital sentences.
