as much as u have ..there is no restriction ..have seen people bringing 3 kg sun from ktm. this guy declared that he had gold but i dnt think u need to. herbs, drugs, weapons ets are strictly prohibition or need to declare other than that u r free . but in case of taking to gold to nepal from any other country u have to declare n pay 27% duty when its more than 150 gram
