Guys do we need to write letter of explanation for EAD? I think i will not send my AP application cause I read on one of the post where USCIS notified one member that AP Is no included on the Federal notice.

But then I went and checked on Federal Notice of South Sudan whose TPS got extended 18 months and the notice doesn't even have anything about AP
