Dear neurologist and epidemiologist (but works as public health practitioner rather than an epidemiologist),

You both are very smart. Congratulations!

We never know whether a particular dose of vaccine is effective, innocuous or even deadly to a particular person, but, in general, they are more likely to protect the recipient. That's the reason it is protective when vaccination is done in herds. Teaching us about pros and cons are fine, but there should not be any connotation against vaccination, just because you believe in conspiracy theory.
