Trump proposal for TPS shouldn't pass(rightfully said in aforementioned comments) and it's not going to be passed by the Congress (as the voting is going on) because they don't have majority.

Rather than expecting for the government, we need to take action. As we know there were lawsuits filed on behalf of countries (Sudan, Haiti, Nicaragua, El Salvador) whose TPS were terminated by the current administration, and the judge over ruled the termination. So the people from those countries can legally live and work in the U.S. for decades.

In that lawsuit, the countries that weren't included were Nepal and Honduras. Later there a lawsuit filed on behalf of Honduras.

But nobody is fighting for Nepal. Can't the lawyers' association for Nepalese of any kind take the lead?
