Judging a person by a single pic is a very careless thing to do. Their looks or expressions captured in a fraction of a second reveals nothing about their personality and attitudes. So, cool down people before dubbing someone as a thug. However, in this pic and many other nepali pics on teh internet, I have seen people with a 'reverse-V' sign, if u like.
