Anyone (LPR) who has filed I130 for their Spouse (F1, TPS status ) who is currently inside USA .
I am an LPR and the filing date for my beneficiary is May 1 2018 . Will I be able to file 485 /EAD/ A parole for my spouse now or need to wait for filing date to be current
