I found that this website below pretty much is the best resource available in internet if you want to research about law and regulations in Nepal.

This website however does not seem to have latest data available, more particularly on :
- नागरिकता सम्बन्धी एेन
- जन्म दर्ता, विवाह दर्ता सम्बन्धी Latest एेन, नियमावली हरु

If anyone have latest official resources on these topics, I would greatly appreciate.
I am especially interested to find out what particular changes have occurred in terms of Female empowerment - birth certificate, nagariktaa issues for kids of single mothers.
