Dude......why are you taking such a crap out of him....if he doen't think you as a "countryman"...........why should you care.......you already stated that he makes good living.....have him live alone......somehow have a money to pay for extra month and tell the apartment that you can not fulfill the whole lease........normally they will let you out paying extra month of rent.....if you stay with him, he sure will make you more broke....apart from that........talk about the mental tension that you will endure living with that "penny pincher" Regards....
