@Spandey: we can raise an ombudsman https://www.state.gov/s/ombudsman/ , but it needs to be a collective effort rather than an individual effort. Also it needs to be supported by evidence - where IOE of early and late applicant against reception of approval needs to be matched.
It will be really hard to fight uscis. In fact I have already called 4 times and connected with higher level officer - first time k had a very rude officer who complained how hard he and others were working, I just didn't want to mouth him. Second time I had a very uninteresting officer who was speaking as if he had constipation going on. 3rd and 4th time the officers were nice but all they would say is that it can take between 4-6 months at Nebraska center where all the IOE for Nepal is most likely sent (I would surprised to see that tps for Nepal is handled at other places for such a small number of applicant).
If we want to raise ombudsman we better do it now and get some evidence.
Last time my tps was approved almost at around 6th month, but since I hadn't applied for ead I didn't care much.

Let me know if you want to discuss it further. I will PM you.
