I-140 recently approved. Now waiting for status adjustment. Done via "Chen and Associates".
Great service. I recommend them. I have no conflict of interest. But they offer a great service.
What is your field of study? Depending upon this it will determine your likelihood. Even a decent number of publications will work, based on the demand of your expertise.
If you already have your PhD, and have over 3-4 journal articles, even if co-authored ones, have high citation (>60 is considered good) then you have good chance. If you have also contributed to your field via working as Reviewer, Panelist, Judge, Referees, etc, this will further enhance your chance.
