Do we need to file LCA for H1B transfer? If yes, how long does it take to get LCA approval notice?

 bro h1 chai bhai sake ko raicha....h1 file garda i-539 pani file garnu parcha ki pardaina....any idea ??

u need a approved LCA to file for an H1B. A LCA usually takes less than a business week to get approved. u don;t need to file for i-539 when u file for h1b. When u file for h1b u file i129 once it gets approved that means your immigration status in under that h1b filed which u got by filing I129.
