Need to design, 3 volt supply, high performance 9 1 3/4 Led flash light. any suggestion making flash light more effective and efficient. will be more usefull if applying diode, IC(but not micro chip) transistor, R L C. and applying on the multisim... any suggestion from the EE major gigs.
