what kinda evidence one need to have to show marriage is geneuine? would joing checking account, lease, cell phone bill with family plan, dependent on pay stuff, some pictures, would do?

the best suggestion is to go to agencies like the IRC and other Immigration Help Centers, that are scattered throughout the country and i am sure there will be some in Boston. they help people like you negotiate the legalities of change of status! they will take about 200 dollars for their services. some even offer free service. good luck!
