I know there are lot of people around here with consultancy and who need to have their H1 filed this year. Because of this new rule about H1, consultancies are skeptical about filing H1 this year. Mine consultancy have told few consultants who are on project that their H1 won't be filed this year. When i ask the consultancy, they say their case was complicated and they will file H1 but in later April. That's what happened to those 2 guys that i mentioned. Their opt is expiring in May and June this year and they can't file for extension. i would request friends to share their  experience  about their consultancy. we don't need to name the consultancy but just share whether they are filing H1 or not. this would be helpful for many nepalese who are unsure whether their H1 would be filed or not.
