Hey bro... I bought a Toshiba laptops just a year ago and all of sudden its not working. When I turned it on it gave me message " WINDOWS RECOV..........." and I tried to format with the cd that it came with.......but you I could not ..I was pressing F12 but there is not futher message in the screen..... Now, you might be able to figure out the problem, may be we should go through CD commands but I have one little knoweldge to run that.....if I bring to you how much do you charge?? Hoping to hear from you. Thanks
