Please help me to log in windows in my computer.

I had some problem in my computer. so i reloaded the same operating system in that computer. but end of the process it ask password to log in windows. it shows usename OWNER, I tried my username and password but it doesnt work. I dont have the password for that username. i dont know how to creat new user or operate this computer,

IS THERE ANY SOLUTION TO OPERATE THIS COMPUTER?

You can reset any Windows Password using this CD.
