go to the albertson's store and get a mci prepaid calling card for five bucks, you can have a 25 min long conversation, and if your time runs out then you can recharge it over the phone.

No Connection or Service Fees. The connection is pretty good and you don't have to spend hours for the connection (like the one at NepTalk).
