Can anyone advise me on how to file H1B from Non-Profit Organization and what the requirements are. Any particular helpful website? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

I think, in order to file H1B from NGOs, your position has to be related to research and it will be much easier if the organization is part of or affiliated to a higher education institute.

I think the requirements are same. However, your company needs to attach documents to prove that it is a non profit and exempt from quota. Thats it. Also, non profits and higher education institute hire people from any field not just for research.
