‘खसीको टाउको देखाएर कुकुरको मासु बेच्ने ठाउँ ।’ कम्युनिस्टहरूले संसद्लाई यसै भन्ने गरेका छन् । नेपाल मजदुर किसान पार्टीका नेता नारायणमान विजुक्छेले संसद्का बितेका कार्यकालहरूमा यो कथन पटकपटक दोहोर्‍याउनुभएको सम्झना धेरैलाई होला । अहिले तिनै विजुक्छेको अध्यक्षतामा प्रतिनिधिसभाले आफ्नो नियमावली संशोधन गरेको छ । समयक्रममा कम्युनिस्टहरूले संसद्लाई उपयोग गर्ने नीति अख्तियार गरे पनि उनीहरूले खसीको टाउको र कुकुरको मासु भन्ने धारणामा खासै परविर्तन गरेको पाइएको छैन । संसद्लाई उपयोग गरेर जनवादी सत्ता स् थापना गर्न कम्युनिस्टहरू सफल भएको उदाहरण पनि यो कालखण्डमा कतै देखिएको छैन ।More

Article is well composed but i was little confused about the questions he raised in fourth paragraph. He has asked " Kun mulukma ..........??" , isn't it exactly the same way they do in usa??? The proposals of senate has to be signed by the president to implement. Also, in response to next question, if its not the prime minister who reads out the proposal of his government who should ??? . I think he was referrring to SAMSAD ko ghosana patra, kishore ji, in your article itself you have mentioned the basis of formation of this parliament, JANA ANDOLAN. We cant expect them to do everything exactly the way they do the things in country with 100's of years of established democrasy. For now people want this " DO SOMETHING, WE DON'T CARE HOW YOU DO IT".

The present Sansad is illegitimate and illegal. Learn a bit of constition SPAMmers. You can't because you are a bunch of power hungry illeterate monkeys.
