Following May 15th?s demonstration organized by the Nepalese community living in United States of America, against the autocracies of King Gyanendra, the members of house of council and foreign relations led by Congressman Berry Burnard have started to look into the matter. According to Congressman Burnard, while United States is actively taking action into establishing democracy in Middle East, it cannot turn its back from democracy being snatched away from other nations. ?[It] would be totally against what America stands for,?
