Dear GBNC Members,

We would like to extend our thanks to everyone who attended GBNC BBQ/Sports Day last Monday. We also want to congratulate the winners of the different sporting events that were held throughout the day.

We are extremely pleased with the level of support and participation we received from our community for this event. We look forward to bringing more exciting programs to you.

=====================

We had 16 "Dhawoks" (12 gents and 4 ladies) lined up for this race at 10:00 AM on Monday morning on the Charles River Espalande. The top three finishers of this event were:

1. Santosh Karmacharya - Official Time 14 minutes 40 seconds - GBNC Record
2. Prajwal Karmacharya
3. Sagun Shakya

Niru Aryal came first amongst the ladies.

We collected $80 from the event. We will be contributing the whole amount to Help Nepal Foundation.

We had six teams registered for this event. The teams were divided into 2 pools of 3 teams each. The winner from each pool advanced to the finals.
