According to the source, it appears that only TPS beneficiaries from President Biden's Term ( 2020-2024) might be impacted. TPS beneficiaries who have resided in the U.S. for over ten years may less susceptible to removal as they may qualify for a "hardship" waiver through the DOJ's Executive Office for Immigration Review, utilizing Form EOIR-42B ( Application for Cancellation of Removal and Adjustment of Status for certain Nonpermanent Residents). Notably, this application serves as a pathway toward lawful permanent resident status, which is know as Green Card.
