@ShreeRaam, If you have EAD which was expired in 2019/2020/2021 and using with auto extension, even you applied for New EAD, you cannot claim for 540 days extension. Most probably they will issue another 6 months extension (my hope, also they did the same thing with Venezuela TPS) just to clear out the USCIS backlog. Otherwise thousands of people from Nepal, Haiti, Nicaragua, El Salvador will lose their job.

My TPS reregistration is pending can i apply new EAD now if yes what should i write in eligible catagory i have expired EAD from TPS.
