I am writing this for my brother who has 7-8 years of genuine experience as backend developer. He lost this job in Dec and looking for new job since then but no luck. There were 3 technical interviews for him till date but he was not selected.

I know the job market is tough but I am hearing people are getting jobs when they compromise. Although my brother is willing to relocate and to take short-term job, he had no luck.

Are there any people in sajha with same kind of situation or anyone who got job recently and want to share their experience?

I think He needs to brush up leedcode questions. Experience only does not help to pass technical interview.
