Namaste saathi haru. Mero labor approved bhako 2 months jati huna lagyo. Ma kaam garne company le I-140 file gardina lageko chha. Most probably next week file gardinchha hola. Tara, premium processing garchhu bhanda, premium processing garna company ko tax information chahinchha, jun chai October pachhi matra available hunchha bhaneko chha. Lawyer le chai ahile regular processing gardai garau, ani tax information bhaye pachhi premium processing ma upgrade garna milchha bhaneko chha. Maile k garda thik hola?

Hey nepali_mann, I don't have answer to your question but I have a question to you. I am also going thru the same process. Do you think you can provide your timeline? How long did it take for PERM to be approved? I have no idea how long things take now because of COVID.
