You have to pay the land rent on the mobile properties. I inquired about it which cost about $1200 and increase every year.

Look at pros and cons before buying a mobile home. The number 1 con is your mobile home is sitting on someones' property. I will suggest to invest tmore and have real home which can be sold easily,
