How to leave someone who loves you without making them feel bad ? Has anyone gone thorugh similar thing before ? I guess men are like fine wine who age better but women get insecured as time passes ..... I always had commitment issues and its bugging me again .......

Oh hey I can answer that as I went through something similar. I don't think that there is anything you can do to not "make them feel bad". I say that you have to communicate with your partner clearly about how you feel and why you want to leave/ why things aren't working out. Short and simple.

From my perspectives, may be both of you need a "vacation in your relationship". The way it would work is - both of you will have absolutely no communication and no physical contact with each other for a agreed upon length of time (say months if not years) while going about your respective lives. If either or both of you figure that one don't miss the other much during that time, then may be it's time to move on but if both of you absolutely realize you can't live without each other, a long-term relationship is in the cards. I would encourage both parties to avoid wasting each other's time if it was never meant to be long-term.
