Asking for a friend: The couple is here going thru the asylum process and they think they may be denied. And now they are wondering if there is anyways to bring their (now adult) three children here in the US all at once. So no student type visa. Anyone has any idea?

Their kids are still in Nepal though. So even if the US redesignates Nepalese for TPS (for what now, though), you would have to be already here in the US, right??

The chances of tps to gc is 50/50 now if it becomes law . I wouldn’t say it’s not possible .. if Democrats failed to do this ... they know they will face serious consequences later.
