US embassy denied K1 visa and sent the petition back to USCIS. when these couple filed k1 petition they were not married. after filing the petition they did a small ceremonial marriage at a Temple in Biratnagar. Embassy denied the application as they are now married and advised to file another CR1 petition. now amid this pandemic, he needs to travel again, marry in a court and reapply. Has anyone else been thru this or heard about this ?
