Elderly parents planning to Travel from IAD, DC USA to Nepal via Emirates/Flydubai through Dubai (on wheel chair) in few weeks- please share your recent experience during pandemic.

- IAD airport issues
- is layover in Dubai 3-4 hours adequate?, what happens if flight delayed and miss the connection, any covid test , vaccine issues ?
- are there enough Nepalese in the planes (Emirates/ FlyDubai )
- anything else we need to be careful about

Thanks in advance
